After a the Golden Seasons with Yannick Elssen as a captain, the team attracted more and more international riders. They did well, but right now we want to get a more Belgian nature again. Therefor we will hire upcoming talent Roy Kaisen from our befriended Team Stekke. Hope he will feel good in his new team and max high.
Potential:
CL: Good
DH: Average
HL: Very good
SP: Very good
FR: Small
CB: Small
TT: None
TQ: Good
The plan is to train him as a hill sprinter. That way he can be used as a LO-sprinter if he doesn't max high.
Also the team will be selling Sheridan Phippen soon. This in context of our new policy. He was a very usefull rider for my team, riding a few top 9's and helping out our (used to be) young captains. With his experience he will certainly help out his future team mates.

There are many ways to train, but since he is born as a sprinter, and doesn't have a high starting average, I think it best to go that way. With a high max he might even bring me a Nederlandse win one time :)
Kaisen looks good. I reckon you will train him as a sprinter.
